郭瑞庭二级教授、博士研究生导师

研究领域:酶分子结构、机理研究、应用与改造

郭瑞庭教授通过结构生物学方法解析重要工业酶结构,阐释催化机理,进行酶分子理性设计,以改造酶的活性与特性。工作内容主要涵盖五个体系:(1) PET塑料降解酶; (2) 新型萜类合成酶;(3) 霉菌毒素分解酶; (4) 生物质降解酶;(5) P450 酶。目前已在Nature, Nature Reviews Chemistry, Nature Catalysis, Immunity, Nature Communications, Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed., JACS, ACS Catalysis, PNAS SCI期刊发表论文150余篇,超过30篇获选为封面文章,申请国内外专利近50个,已授权26个。2019年获天津市自然科学二等奖(第一完成人)
