研究方向:

1. 心肌病新型诊疗方案开发:

针对遗传性心肌病,从心肌细胞骨架、代谢、生理等多方面研究早期疾病发生后的细胞生物学事件及发病机制,并通过进一步的心肌细胞组织模型,心肌组织结构与功能互作的调控网络,寻找疾病发生时的潜在干预靶点,开发靶向性干预方案。

2. 心肌损伤过程中的心肌保护策略开发:

研究心肌的缺氧、代谢及炎症损伤过程,并建立相应的心肌微组织研究模型 ,研究心肌损伤病理发展过程中的分子调控-组织重塑-功能重建过程,开发病程阶段性诊断标志物体系、挖掘干预靶点、发展包括基因治疗和细胞治疗在内的新型治疗方案。

3. 瓣膜钙化的模拟与疗法开发:

该方向旨在建立人iPS细胞库,定向诱导分化为VECsVICs,组学分析iPS源性瓣膜细胞异质性;探讨遗传因素导致瓣膜钙化的机制,同时建立3D水凝胶的组织钙化模型,研究遗传因素、生化刺激、力学信号等导致VICs钙化作用机制,用于疾病药物的筛选和致病机理的探索。

4. 微器官体外生理系统开发:

本项目旨在开发各向异性的微组织器官模型,用于研究力学因素在细胞命运编程、组织功能重塑的作用。开发新型微器官体外模型及生理病理微生境构建方案及检测方案,用于标准化、规模化研究组织发育和病理演化。
