研究领域:结构生物学、酶结构及机理研究、酶定向改造
使用结构生物学手段对具有重要功能的蛋白质进行结构和机理研究,并基于结构进行理性设计和定向改造,主要包括:(1)萜类合成酶;(2)细胞色素P450酶;(3)工业酶。目前已在Nature Communications、Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed、JACS和ACS Catalysis等SCI期刊发表论文14篇,其中3篇获选为封面文章。申请专利1项,2019年获天津市自然科学二等奖1项。
